How to Create Adobe PDF
 

1. From MS Word:
    i. Open the word file.
    ii. Click File, Select Create Adobe PDF, Select Print via PDF Writer
   iii. Name the PDF file
   iv. Determine the location of direcotory to store the PDF file.
   v. Click OK.
 

2. From MS Excel:
    i. Open the excel file.
    ii. Click File, Select Create Adobe PDF, Select Print via PDF Writer
   iii. Name the PDF file
   iv. Determine the location of direcotory to store the PDF file.
   v. Click OK.
